Des Moines Metro Pickleball Club

Kipton and Thomas were awarded scholarships by DMMPC so they could attend this pickleball clinic at Dinks today. The clinic was put on by Joola under the name Scorpion. These young men learned a lot of strategy tips and had several opportunities to drill regarding those tips. One other attendee said she would not want to come up against these two talented players on the court! Valley Community Center (VCC) staff presented pickleball players with an early Christmas present: Six brand new net systems. The old equipment has been around for several years and has been repaired many times. The new systems are the exact same type so there will be replacement parts available. VCC appreciates its pickleball players, especially the assistance they provide when laying carpet, supporting the charity of the month or volunteering for other church supported events.
