Members Annual Meeting

As required by the DMMPC Bylaws, the Annual Members Meeting will be held at the Valley Community Center on Tuesday, September 18 starting at 7:00 PM. Free pickleball play for members will begin following the meeting at approximately 8:00 PM lasting until 10:00 PM. There will be refreshments (desserts and beverages) and a prize drawing at the conclusion of the meeting. Topics to be covered include:

• Election of the Board
• Membership Drive Report
• Treasurer’s Report
• Approval of Dues Structure
• Announcements
• Open Discussion

In order to have sufficient refreshments, please RSVP by signing up at the Valley Community Center this week or by emailing your intent to attend to gollihercj@gmail.com. If you have not yet picked up your member packet, they will be available at VCC this week or at the Members Meeting. See ya there!
